Terms & disclaimers

The checker is a preparation aid and cannot detect every design, technical, or printing issue. A green result means the listed automatic checks passed. A yellow result may be submitted for Moe Print to confirm the noted item. Neither result guarantees that the artwork is error-free or colour-accurate. Red issues must be corrected before submission.

You remain responsible for final size, bleed, safe area, page order, orientation, resolution, spelling, content, image quality, outlined fonts, embedded files, overprint, finishing artwork, and the correct final files being submitted. Production follows the accepted files received.

Screen colours and printed colours can differ because of monitor settings, materials, machines, ICC profiles, lighting, and colour conversion. A paid A3 test sheet may be arranged only for suitable Booth Essential paper products, subject to confirmation. Test prints are not available for large-format products.

Current file checks and resizers run inside your browser. Artwork files are not intentionally uploaded or stored by this site. When placing an order, you separately choose to upload final files to Google Drive, WeTransfer, Smash, or another link you provide. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Your browser or device may still keep temporary data according to its own settings.

Processing time varies with file size, page count, browser, and device conditions. Keep this page open until the result is ready.

When a website or checker error occurs, anonymous technical error information may be sent automatically to help Moe Print maintain and troubleshoot this service. No action is required from you. Error reports may include the browser type, page visited, selected product, page count, time, and error message. Uploaded artwork, file contents, customer names, and contact details are not included.

The multi-product order builder may keep a temporary draft in the same browser session for up to four hours. The draft is not a submitted order or permanent storage.

Using the checker or sending an order message does not by itself confirm an order. Production begins only after the quotation is confirmed, an invoice is issued, full payment is received, and the required files are accepted. By submitting final files, you confirm that you reviewed them and accept reasonable production and colour variation. Displayed production times are estimates, not guarantees.

Online submission and automatic WhatsApp updates are still in development. For now, copy the prepared order message and send it through Facebook or Instagram.

MoeSpace shows current final customer prices where available. Items marked “Pending” require a separate quotation, and products marked “On hold” are unavailable until reopened. Prices, materials, promotions, production availability, and delivery options may change. Regional prices include delivery only where the selected price clearly states it; other delivery charges depend on the parcel and destination. Courier delays are outside Moe Print's control.

Designers listed in the Design Service Directory are independent. Their quotations, payment, revisions, delivery, and disputes are between you and the designer. Moe Print is responsible only for printing the final file submitted to us.

Only submit files you are authorised to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content. Moe Print Solutions may reject files that cannot be processed safely or lawfully.

Moe Print operates part-time. Messages are checked daily after work, but replies may not be immediate. Complete order details, accessible file links, and a passed File Checker result where available help us review faster.

Flow hosts creator-managed preorders. Each creator is responsible for their products, payments, fulfilment and customer support. A draft or message does not confirm an order or payment.

Creators and their authorised team members with message access can start a conversation on a specific order. Only that order’s verified customer can reply as the customer. Customer-facing messages are separate from private staff notes.

Unread highlights help participants notice new messages. Each participant marks messages as read separately. Reading or replying to a message does not change purchased items, payment status, delivery address or fulfilment status; changes must use the relevant order process.

Authorised MoeSpace platform administrators may open order conversations in a read-only view for customer support, disputes or security checks. Each access records the administrator, reason, time and order in an audit log. This is not routine monitoring, and an administrator viewing a conversation does not mark it as read for the customer or creator team.

Messages and unread highlights do not guarantee an immediate reply or resolution. Check the conversation in your order for updates. Flow does not send email notifications for order messages. Avoid including passwords, verification codes or unrelated sensitive information in messages.

A design preview is not a print proof. When the tool becomes available, check the final size, bleed, safe area, text, images and exported files against the product guide. Use only content you have permission to use, and keep your own copies.

Pack helps organise event-booth packing and preparation. Suggested items are a starting point, not a complete list for every event. Confirm the organiser’s rules and your own stock, equipment, documents and safety needs.

A ticked item records your progress; it does not confirm a booking, purchase or delivery. Browser-saved Pack data can be lost when browser data is cleared or you change device. Download an editable Pack file for a separate backup.

Planner estimates depend on the quantities, costs and selling prices you enter. Review every assumption, including supplier quotations, event fees, delivery and other expenses. Estimates are not a quotation or a guarantee of sales or profit.

Preparing or exporting a plan does not place an order. Browser drafts are not permanent backups and may not follow you to another device. Download your plan file regularly and check it before sharing or ordering.

Product mixes are suggestions based on your printing budget and the available products and prices. They are not a reservation, a promise of availability or a guarantee of sales. Check the quantities and product options before adding them to My Order.

Delivery charges are separate from the printing budget. Generating a mix or adding items to My Order does not submit or confirm an order. Final pricing, files, payment and production must still be confirmed through the ordering process.
