1. How can you offer lower prices? / 为什么价格可以更优惠?
We work directly with a network of factories as a print agent to obtain competitive production prices. We currently source from 11 factories and are gradually expanding in-house production, beginning with button badges and laser engraving.
我们以印刷代理方式直接与多家工厂合作,以取得更具竞争力的生产价格。目前我们与 11 家工厂合作,并逐步发展自产服务,首先从徽章和激光雕刻开始。
2. Do you offer artwork, editing, or design services? / 是否提供设计、修改或排版服务?
No. Customers must provide complete, ready-to-print artwork.
不提供。客户必须提交已完成并可直接印刷的设计文件。
3. How do I pay for my order? / 如何付款?
After receiving our invoice, payment can be made by instant online bank transfer or DuitNow QR. Please send the payment receipt as proof of payment.
收到发票后,可通过网上银行即时转账或 DuitNow QR 付款。付款后请提供收据作为凭证。
4. Can I pay when collecting my order? / 可以取货时才付款吗?
No. Full payment is required before we process the order.
不可以。订单开始处理前必须全额付款。
5. What happens if I overpay? / 多付金额如何处理?
Any verified overpayment will be recorded as credit for your next order. It will not be refunded in cash or by bank transfer. Refund requests are not accepted after payment has been received, except where required by applicable law.
经确认的多付金额将记录为下次订单的余额,不以现金或银行转账方式退还。收到款项后不接受退款要求,适用法律另有规定的情况除外。
6. Can I cancel or change an order after payment? / 付款后可以取消或更改订单吗?
Normally, no cancellation, refund, exchange, or artwork change is allowed after payment or file submission. Please check all details before confirming.
一般情况下,付款或提交文件后不可取消、退款、换货或更改设计。确认前请仔细检查所有资料。
A cancellation may be considered only when the file does not meet production requirements and cannot be corrected, the order has not started processing, or the ordered item is out of stock. Where applicable, the paid amount will normally remain as credit for a future order.
仅在文件不符合生产要求且无法重新提交、订单尚未开始处理,或产品缺货时,才可能考虑取消。适用时,已付款项通常保留为下次订单余额。
7. Can I return an order? / 可以退货吗?
Returns are accepted only when we supplied the wrong product due to our mistake. We will arrange an exchange or another appropriate solution; cash refunds are not provided.
只有因我们出错而交付错误产品时才接受退货。我们将安排换货或提供适当解决方案,不提供现金退款。
Returns are not accepted for minor print marks such as lines, colour drops, dirt, or ink stains; normal variation in manual finishing such as cutting, joining, or gluing; or delivery damage after the order was appropriately packed.
轻微印刷痕迹(如线条、掉色点、灰尘或墨渍)、手工后加工的合理差异(如裁切、拼接或粘合),以及已妥善包装后发生的运输损坏,均不接受退货。
8. What file format should I submit? / 应提交什么文件格式?
The required format depends on the product, so follow the File Guide in MoeSpace. Common requirements are PDF or JPG in CMYK for factory print products, PDF for photobooks, AI with cut lines for die-cut or kiss-cut products, and the format stated in the price list for in-house products such as PNG or SVG.
文件格式取决于产品,请以萌创空间内的文件指南为准。常见要求包括:工厂印刷产品使用 CMYK 的 PDF 或 JPG,写真书使用 PDF,模切或半切产品使用包含刀模线的 AI 文件;自产产品则按价目表要求使用 PNG、SVG 等格式。
9. What if printed colours do not match my screen? / 印刷颜色与屏幕不同怎么办?
Screen previews are not a colour guarantee. Results vary with monitors, materials, machines, ICC profiles, lighting, and RGB-to-CMYK conversion. Some colours are especially sensitive and may show substantial differences. Colour difference alone is not grounds for rejection, refund, or reprint.
屏幕预览不代表颜色保证。显示器、材料、机器、ICC 配置、灯光及 RGB 转 CMYK 都会影响结果,部分敏感颜色可能出现明显差异。仅因颜色差异不能作为拒收、退款或重印的理由。
10. Do you provide colour proofing? / 是否提供颜色校样?
We do not guarantee colour accuracy or provide artwork colour proofing. For colour-sensitive work, request a paid test print before full production.
我们不保证颜色准确,也不提供设计文件颜色校样。对颜色要求较高时,请在正式生产前安排付费试印。
11. Do you manually proof-check artwork? / 是否会人工检查设计文件?
No. MoeSpace provides limited automatic technical checks, but this is not a manual proofing or artwork approval service. We are not responsible for issues such as missing fonts or links, excessive total ink coverage, RGB or Pantone colours, images below 300 DPI, lines thinner than 0.25 pt, text smaller than 8 pt, incorrect overprint settings, or subtle tonal differences below 10%.
不会。萌创空间只提供有限的自动技术检查,并不属于人工校稿或设计确认服务。我们不负责字体或链接缺失、总墨量过高、RGB 或 Pantone 颜色、低于 300 DPI 的图片、细于 0.25 pt 的线条、小于 8 pt 的文字、错误的叠印设置,或低于 10% 的细微色调差异等问题。
12. Can you help proof-check my artwork? / 可以协助校稿吗?
No. Customers must check all artwork before ordering and ensure the file uses the correct size, proportion, orientation, content, and bleed.
不可以。客户下单前必须自行检查设计,并确认尺寸、比例、方向、内容及出血均正确。
